Trope:

Trope Magazine first started

because I needed a fun and different way of keeping track of what I was reading. Something beyond my super incredible spreadsheet tracker or sites like Goodreads. And as someone who loves nothing more than a physical, tangible copy of magazines & books, I said, “why don’t I just make my own”?

So I started TROPE as a little side project where I could make fun graphics, talk about what I was reading (or whatever hyperfixation I stumbled into that month) and print them.

You may have noticed, though, that most of our lives exist online. And when people outside of me and my immediate group of friends started showing interest in the magazine, I figured well, let’s make a cute little companion site.

This is all much more complicated than I had intended, but alas. The domains have been bought and we’ve gotten this far.

It seems we are both chronically online, so follow me!
